SIFA Events, owned and operated by SIFA Events Pty Ltd, serves as a booking agency representing various DJs. Clients can make bookings via the Website at

2. Application

This Agreement applies to all Clients booking DJs via the Website. Clients, by booking a DJ, accept the terms outlined in this Agreement.

3. Variations

SIFA Events reserves the right to vary the Agreement by providing written notice to Clients.

4. Booking Details

SIFA Events provides a Booking Confirmation detailing DJ information, performance details, and other requirements.

5. Choice of DJ & Future Bookings

SIFA Events endeavors to provide the Client with their preferred DJ. Clients agree not to directly contact DJs for future bookings.

6. Changes to Bookings

Clients must contact SIFA Events for changes to Booking Details. SIFA Events reserves the right to cancel Bookings based on changes.

7. Equipment

Clients must protect provided Equipment, and any damage may incur repair or replacement costs.

8. Booking Costs

Clients pay associated costs, including DJ fees, equipment costs, and expenses as outlined in the Booking Confirmation.

9. Payment Terms

Time-sensitive payment terms; Clients liable for costs incurred in legal actions for outstanding payments.

10. Client Obligations

Clients agree to various obligations, including compliance with Booking Confirmation terms, providing necessary permits, and ensuring event security.

11. Promotion of Event

SIFA Events grants Clients the right to use DJ materials for Event promotion.


12. Client Cancellation

Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of cancellations; Clients must pay fees promptly.

The Client agrees to pay all Cancellation Fees within 7 days of receipt of the invoice from SIFA Events for those fees.

13. DJ Standards

Expectations for DJs to maintain high professional standards; Clients can express concerns via email. Email :

14. Client Indemnity

Clients indemnify SIFA Events against any losses resulting from a breach of this Agreement.

15. Client Breach

Conditions for terminating the Agreement and associated fees based on the timing of termination.

If SIFA Events terminates this Agreement under clause 15, the Client agrees the following fees are payable:
